Test of SYP8502, SYP4509 & SYP5310T Puffed rice cake machine tested before shipping.

We test all machines before sending them to buyers.

This is a must-go process to assemble and set up the machine, and if buyers request it, we can take a video and send it to you.

This time, we tested a total of 3 types of machines from Armenian and Azerbaijani buyers.

1. SYP8502 Puffed grain cake machine

Test Material: 100% Korean rice (50% white & 50% brown)

The SYP8502 model is a model that produces 85mm circular rice cakes or chips. This model can produce 720-900 pcs of rice cake per hour. Compared to SYP8501, the production volume is doubled, but the price is low, so it is used in medium and large production lines. It is possible to produce rice cake of 3-12mm(Max Size 14mm) thickness and can produce up to 18T when option is applied.

2. SYP4509 Popped grain cakes & chips machine

Type: A / R

The SYP4509 rice cake machine model is a model that produces 45mm round rice cakes or chips. This model can produce 3,240-4,050 pcs rice cake per hour. It is most widely sold for chips using rice and corn.

This model makes 45mm (about 1.77 inches) popped cakes or chips. Mainly rice, corn or other grains, pellets, etc. are used to make popped cake or chip products. Similar models include the SYP3512, SYP4009 or SYP4509R, which make 35, 40 and 45mm Ridged products.

3. SYP5310T Popped Triangle grain cakes & chips machine

The SYP5310T model is a model that produces 53mm triangular rice or corn chips. This model produces 3,600-4,500 pcs of rice chips per hour. It is mainly used to make triangular corn chips.

Corn is mainly used as a raw material for triangular popped cake or chip products. And after popping, various seasonings are added to make the popped product.
