SYP4509 popped chips machine test with lentil pellet

We tested the SYP4509 Popped chips machine using Lentil pellets.

The SYP4509 model can produce Popped Cakes or Popped Chips products as shown below by adjusting the raw material supply amount and setting values.

Additionally, products can be produced using various grain raw materials (Rice, Broken Corn, Wheat etc.).

The SYP4509 rice cake machine model is a model that produces 45mm round rice cakes or chips. This model can produce 3,240-4,050 pcs rice cake per hour. It is most widely sold for chips using rice and corn.

This model makes 45mm (about 1.77 inches) popped cakes or chips. Mainly rice, corn or other grains, pellets, etc. are used to make popped cake or chip products. Similar models include the SYP3512, SYP4009 or SYP4509R, which make 35, 40 and 45mm Ridged products.
