A sample test was conducted with our SYP8502 Rice cake machine using raw materials from Australian buyers. Raw materials are brown rice, buckwheat and oats.

The raw material received by the buyer has added additional moisture.

There were no additives other than water, and it was used after 12 hours of water addition.

The test was good and tested sample were sent to buyer.

Test 1 : Brown Rice + Bean (A Type / 56mm feed plate)

Weight of cake : 7g

It was tested by A Type, popping was good.

Test 2 : Brown Rice + Bean (A Type / 45mm feed plate)

Weight of cake : 5g

It was tested by A Type with less material supply, popping was good.

Test 3 : Brown Rice + Bean (B Type / 45mm feed plate)

Weight of cake : 5g

It was tested by B Type to see the difference, Popping was good

Test 4 : Oat (A Type / 45mm feed plate)

Weight of cake : 5g

It was tested by A Type, (B Type wasn’t good)

But popping was not good, if we need more popping, we need to use SYP8501 model (single popping)

P.S: Depending on the raw materials, the swelling power is different.

Especially, the Oat does not swell well.

Test 5 : Buckwheat (B Type / 45mm feed plate)

Weight of cake : 5g

It was tested by B Type because it’s sticky material

If we do it with A Type, we can’t make the cake because of sticking.

The model used in this test is the SYP8502 rice popper model.

The SYP8502 model is a model that produces 95mm circular rice cakes or chips. This model can produce 720-1,028 pcs of rice cake per hour. Compared to SYP8501, the production volume is doubled, but the price is low, so it is used in medium and large production lines. It is possible to produce rice cake of 2-10mm(Max) thickness and can produce up to 18T when option is applied.
