It's SYP4506 Ridged Mold with newly developed curved surface.
The model produce 45mm circle cake or chips and the surface is ridged.
So if you make Rice cake or Chip, curved surface is formed on the cake or chip.
And in the case of chips, ridged surface makes them more crisp.
The raw materials used in the test are rice and potato pellet.
All tests were done on the same machine.

2. Rice - Cake Type
>> Because the surface is pressed, the crisp is less than the chip type.
3. Potato Pellets - Chip Type
>> It has a crispy texture than Cake type.
Because the pellet's expansion is better than the rice, the use of the material amount can
be reduced.
4. Potato Pellets - Cake Type
>> Because the surface is pressed, the crisp is less than the chip type.
For reference, pellets are mainly used to make chips.
