Different types of popped cakes & chips from SYP4509 rice cake machine from Korea.

The rice cake machine model produced by Shinyoung Mechanics can produce products with different thickness or surface texture by adjusting the amount of raw material supply and setting.

In particular, products of suitable size (35~45mm), such as SYP4506 and 4509, are highly effective as they can produce both puffed cake and popped chips.

No.1 Puffed cake type _ Thick cake

This type is Rice cake.

Thick products can be produced. 5~10mm (Max 14mm)

This type is used when using rice or pellets and coating the surface with chocolate.

In Korea, various grains are mixed and commercialized as health food.

No.2 Puffed cake type _ Thin cake

This type is also Rice cake.

However, it is possible to produce thin rice cake products by reducing the amount of raw material supply. (Thickness: 2-7mm)

This type uses rice or other grains and can be commercialized like a chip product.

No.3 Popped chips type _ A chip

This type is Rice chips.

By reducing the amount of raw material supply, thin rice chip products can be produced. (Thickness: 1.5 to 3.0 mm)

This type can make chip products using rice or grain and pellets.

No.4 Popped chips type _ B chip

This type is also a Rice chip.

Compared to A Chip, more general types of chips can be produced & it’s more crispy compare to A Chip.

This type can make chip products using various types of raw materials such as rice, corn, other grains, and pellets.
