Rice chip production was tested using SYP4506 rice cake popping machine.

SYP4506 produces various snack chips using corn, rice and pellets etc.

The first test reduce the feed rate in half from the existing Rice cake type

It is a test to make a rice chip.

Since the feed rate of the raw material is small, the temperature and the pressure are lowered at the same time.

The second test adjusts the operation of the machine from 1-step to 2-step

It is a test that the bowl shape chip is produced.

If you change the settings a little, you can change from a bowl shape to a rough(bumpy) shape.

Test Model: SYP4506 Rice popper

The SYP4506 model is a model that produces 45mm round rice cakes or chips. This model can produce 2,160-3,084 pcs rice cake per hour. It is most widely sold for chips using rice and corn.
