Popped protein chips by SYP4506

We made popped protein chips using the protein pellet sent from Limagrain, France.

The main ingredient of Protein Pellet is Faba bean.

With this pellet, we will be able to make a product that we can enjoy delicious protein snack before and after exercise or just for health.

Test result: Good

It popped well, and the product was thin as popchips.

Popped potato chips by SYP4509

We made popped potato chips using Potato pellets sent from Limagrain, France.

Potato Pellet is mainly made of Potato.

Since this product is not fried, you can make low-calorie potato chips.
