Popped shrimp chips by SYP4506

We made popped shrimp chips using the shrimp pellet sent from Indonesia

Since the shirmp pellet has good expansive power, it is possible to produce chips with less raw materials.

18mm feeding plate used _ Shrimp pop chips

Test result: Good

18mm was used for the feeding plate.

It did not stick and inflated well. And although the amount of raw material supplied was small compared to the 20mm, the expansion of the product was sufficient.

A smaller feeding plate would be possible to use.

It did not stick and expanded well, but it was produced in a cake type because of the large amount of raw material supplied.
